In May 2019, the Friends of Abingdon divided into two organisations: the Friends of Abingdon Abbey Buildings Trust to care for the Abbey Buildings, and the Friends of Abingdon Civic Society to take responsibility for broader civic matters. Before that date, our news could be found in the roughly biannual Friends of Abingdon newsletters. You can find the most recent years below. On the Civic Society website you can find an archive of newsletters going back to 2009.
